R U OK Awareness Day

R U OK Day Awareness - Monday 9 September - Yellow & Black Dress Up Day.

On Monday 9 September we are holding an awareness day for 'R U OK'.

All students are encouraged to wear yellow and black for R U OK Day - Any Day! 

Students in years 7, 8 and 9 will attend sessions from Project Rocket in the Arts Centre, and ‘R U OK’ sessions will be held by our Wellbeing Team. Our Year VCE VM students have activities planned including, sports, paper plane competitions and board games. Thank you for supporting this awareness that aims to start life-changing conversations by encouraging and empowering Australians to reach out to friends, family members and colleagues who might be struggling with life’s ups and downs, and ask, ‘are you OK?’
