Through compelling real-world examples, he demonstrated how businesses are already leveraging AI to speed up workflows, reduce manual labour, and unlock new levels of productivity.

He also offered thought-provoking insights into how AI can support individuals in everyday life, from simplifying routine tasks to aiding personal development. Tovia emphasised that the future of work will belong to those who learn to collaborate with these powerful tools, rather than fear them.

Misa Toviaspoke in depth about what each platform specialised in, with three in particular standing out for those looking to upskill.

LinkedIn Learning integrates seamlessly with your professional profile, making it easy to align learning with career goals while offering short, practical courses led by industry experts—ideal for busy professionals wanting quick, targeted learning.

Coursera, on the other hand, partners with top universities and companies to deliver in-depth, accredited courses and professional certificates. It's particularly well-suited for those wanting to dive deeper into fields like AI, data science, or digital strategy. Then there’s

Coursiv, a rising star in the AI education space. Coursiv is known for its adaptive, AI-powered learning delivery, which tailors content to your pace and style, making complex topics more engaging and easier to understand. Together, these platforms offer flexible, high-quality options that cater to a wide range of upskilling and professional development goals.

By adapting to and integrating AI into our routines, we can unlock greater efficiency, creativity, and problem-solving capabilities. The key is to see AI as an ally, not a threat, and leverage its potential to drive progress and innovation in various fields.

Stuff article: Rundown railway cottage gets 10 offers, most from ‘flippers’

Gareth Robins, of FN Collective (Johnsonville), alongside Aleisha Price, recently listed a property that was featured in a Stuff article, highlighting the impressive sale details. While the final price can’t be revealed until settlement, Gareth confirmed it was “upwards of $645,000.”

He also shared that there was a $350,000 spread between the lowest and highest offers, reflecting the varied circumstances of the buyers. “People with DIY skills can usually offer a better price than those who will be looking at using contractors,” he explained.

It’s a great example of how different buyer profiles can influence offers, and it’s exciting to see the sale gain media attention!
