At Toro Australia, we believe in the power of giving back. This month, the Toro Australia Wellbeing Committee is focusing on promoting volunteerism, highlighting the incredible efforts of our employees and the impact they make in their communities.

Global Impact

Around the world, TTC employee volunteers actively provide their time and talents to support local charitable organizations and civic projects. In 2024 alone, TTC employees logged an impressive 12,300 volunteer hours. This dedication to service is a testament to our commitment to making a positive difference.

To support our employees in their volunteer efforts, we utilize YourCause, a resource for finding volunteer opportunities and tracking both corporate and personal volunteer hours. This platform makes it easier for our team members to get involved and stay engaged in their communities.

Supporting Volunteerism

TTC Giving is dedicated to supporting employee volunteerism by offering grants and time off during business hours to pursue volunteer endeavors. We recognize and celebrate these efforts annually through the Everyday Heroes Award, presented during Global Volunteer Month.
