Friendly Reminder with the Weather Changing 🌦️
As the cooler weather sets in, it’s a great time to check that your child’s school jumper or rugby top has the correct name on it. When the bell rings, it’s easy for kids to grab the nearest top and head off—these mix-ups happen all the time!
If your child brings home the wrong item by mistake, there’s absolutely no shame in returning it to the school office. Thanks for helping us return lost items to the correct person.
Chicken Pox
We have had a reported case of chicken pox. Please access the link below for information on symptoms etc.

Primary school and children’s services centre exclusion for chickenpox or shingles
Primary school and children’s services centre exclusion differs according to case or contact status:
- Cases should be excluded until all blisters have dried. This is usually at least 5 days after the rash appears in unimmunised children, but may be less in previously immunised children.
- Any child with an immune deficiency or receiving chemotherapy should be excluded for their own protection. Otherwise, contacts are not excluded.
Canteen
The Parents and Friends Association runs the canteen service, following a healthy food plan. Our onsite canteen operates every Friday for lunch and over-the-counter sales and Thursday for recess snacks.
Our canteen can only operate with the help of our wonderful volunteers. If you can spare some time on a Friday morning, please contact Mary.
Orders must be placed by Thursday at 11AM through the office, or online by 3PM.
To cancel a lunch order, please contact Mary Piltz by 9:30 AM on Friday.

Come and say hello to our friendly coffee crew, made up of wonderful volunteer parents.
