School Advisory Council Meeting Date 

A reminder to the St Mary’s School Advisory council, our next meeting is;  

Wednesday 21st May at 5:30pm in the Staffroom.  

Meeting Focus: Child Safeguarding  

Master Plan Updates 

St Mary’s prides itself on having impressive facilities and grounds. In line with our master plan we are currently planning and improving;  

• Street view (Bridlington Ave) signage to share reminders with our community  
• Constructing a Sensory Play space in the Healy community  
• Designing and reviewing our outdoor external sensory play space – refurbishment of the Rock garden   
• Revisiting concepts and possibilities with the Campaspe Council for an additional car park and pick up access 

Community of Parents and Friends  

Thank you to our volunteers who have recently shared their time to support the Mother’s day stall and high tea. Thank you to the mum’s and dad’s who supported the ordering, set up and selling of our gifts this week to allow our children to have something wonderful for mum on Sunday.  

Fete Preparation Volunteers  

This year St Mary’s has its bi-annual fete. Our fete will be held on Friday 7th November at our school.  

We already have a team of volunteers ready to action the planning and preparation of one of our communities favourite events! Please save the date!
