SSG Meetings
Student Support Group (SSG) meetings will take place during Weeks 10 and 11. You will receive an email with the date and time. These meetings provide a valuable opportunity to review your child’s Individual Education Plan (IEP) and progress, alongside their teacher, support staff, and any relevant allied health professionals. Please ensure you reply to whether you are able to attend or not. Thank you.
End of Term 2 Special Breakfast Club – Cheese toasties Friday!
On the last day of term, we’re planning a special Breakfast Club morning. We’re turning the day of school into a Cheese Toasties Friday to celebrate the end of term!
Big Hug Group – Winter Donations
We are supporting Big Hug Group, a children’s charity currently collecting winter clothing for families in need. If you'd like to donate new or gently used clothing (sizes newborn to 16), please drop items off at the office. A donation box will be available there for the remainder of the term and a few weeks into next term.
National PJ Day
We’re excited to be bringing back PJ Day on Friday 25th July in Term 3! Students are invited to wear their favourite pyjamas to school , just remember to dress warmly and wear appropriate footwear for a cosy and safe day.
Don’t forget to bring a gold coin donation, with all funds going to support foster children in achieving their big dreams. Keep an ear out for more exciting things to happen on this day.Let’s snuggle up for a great cause!
Student Absences
Regular school attendance plays a vital role in every child’s learning, wellbeing, and connection to school life. Attending every day helps ensure students have the best opportunity to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
Throughout this term, we’ve been monitoring attendance closely and reaching out to support families where needed. In Weeks 10 and 11, we will be meeting with some families to discuss ways we can work together to support consistent attendance for Term 3.
