Green Team News 

We are asking that all Green Team students please bring in their own gardening gloves in a paper bag that can be used on their set days. 

Council Grant Plants 

Last year Holy Family successfully applied for the Bee Hotel grant from Ku-ring-gai Council. There has been a lack of bees, but we are still hopeful! 

As part of that grant, we have also recently been given small flowering plants. These may help attract the much-needed bees. 

After consultation with the Council, we have planted these young shrubs and ground cover plants on the barren circular area at the bottom of the driveway. 

The Green Team had a great time planting, remembering to tap the top of the pot, gently remove the plant and plant deeply in the ground.
