As we approach the final week of classes, our Year 11 students are diligently preparing for their upcoming examinations. During exam week, they will also engage in a Senior School Interview with staff from the Pathways and Teaching and Learning teams. It is important for a parent or guardian to attend this meeting, and booking information is available in this newsletter.
We recently conducted a survey among staff and students to evaluate the changes to the timetable for 2024. Feedback from students indicated that they are hungry prior to recess. I encourage parents and guardians to remind their teenagers to have a healthy breakfast or to bring a snack to school to consume before homeroom.
On Monday, Nathan Lane, Deputy Principal of Teaching and Learning, along with the 2025 College Captains, Koby McMillan and Brooke Pearson, will represent our school at the Remembrance Day service in Swan Hill. Miss Jess Curtis has organised the school service, during which the 2025 College Captains, Bella Henderson and Charli Lovell, will assist the Year 9 History students. Let us honor and remember the sacrifices made by those who serve in the armed forces to ensure our safety.
