16th Annual Walk Against Family Violence

The walk serves as the beginning of the official 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence – a global campaign for the prevention and elimination of violence against women and girls.

The 16 days begin on Monday 25 November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and ends on Human Rights Day, 10 December. 

Event details are below:

• Date: Friday 22 November 
• Time: 11:00AM – 12:30PM 
• Location: Beginning at Birrarung Maar (Upper Terrace), ending at Treasury Gardens 
• Attire: Comfy walking shoes and if possible, please wear something orange
