Canteen Closed until Monday 18th August

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the College canteen is currently closed and will reopen next Monday, 18th August. 

 

From this date,  lunch orders will be available via the Flexischools app, along with a limited selection of over-the-counter items. 

 

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Father's Day Stall Volunteers needed

Our 2025 Father's Day Stall will be held on Friday 5th September.

 

We are seeking volunteers to assist at the stall for approximately one hour from 9.00am.

If you are able to help, please contact Bec Ciavarella on 0487 777 330.

 

All volunteers are required to have completed the Volunteer Induction process -details on how to complete this process online will be published in next week's Newsletter.

Book Week 2025 Parade - Friday 22nd August

Our Years F-6 Book Week Character Parade is nearly here.  We look forward to families joining us in the Brigidine Centre at 9.10am on Friday 22nd August as we celebrate the gift of books and reading.  

 

The students are excited about dressing up as their favourite book character and so are we! Costumes don’t need to be fancy and there are many easy, no fuss ideas available here: Costume ideas for Book Week or online at Creative Costumes  Places like Spotlight and Big W have lots of ideas too. Thank you to all our parents and caregivers for your support.  

St Augustine's Feast Day - Thursday 28th August

We invite families to join us as we celebrate St Augustine's Day Mass on Thursday 28th August at 11.30am in the Brigidine Centre, followed by our College Captain Applicant speeches and Family Picnic Lunch.

 

We are excited to welcome Fr Michael Morley to celebrate Mass with us on this day.

Student Free Day for Subject Teacher Conversations - Tuesday 2nd September

Families are reminded Tuesday 2nd September is a Student Free Day for Subject Teacher Conversations.  Further details regarding bookings will be provided in coming weeks.

Father's Day Celebrations - Thursday 4th September

On Thursday 4th September we will celebrate the men who are special to our students with our Beaut Blokes Breakfast, Footy Colours Day, a Liturgy and classroom visits.

 

Details will be provided shortly via Operoo, but Beaut Blokes are asked to keep this morning free.

Families are invited to share in the following celebrations attended by our students during Term 3.

 

  • Thursday 21st August - Years 3, 4, 9 and 10 students will celebrate Liturgy at 9.15am in the Church.

  • Thursday 28th August - St Augustine's Feast Day - Whole School Mass at 11.30am in the Brigidine Centre followed by our College Captain Applicant speeches and Family Picnic Lunch.

  • Wednesday 3rd September - Lone Pine Ceremony at 10.00am.

  • Thursday 4th September - Beaut Blokes Breakfast and Liturgy to celebrate the special men in our lives. Details to be provided soon.

  • Thursday 18th September - Years 5, 6, 7 and 8 students will celebrate Mass at 9.15am in the Church. 

Fr Michael Morley Jubilee Celebration

Fr Michael Morley is celebrating his 50th Jubilee this year. 

You are invited to join Fr Micheal for dinner at the Kyabram Club on Saturday 23rd August at 6.00pm. Fr Michael will be there from 5.00pm for a catch up for those who cannot stay for dinner.

Australian Catholic Youth Festival

Calling all Years 10 and 11 students!

We have an amazing opportunity to attend the Australian Catholic Youth Festival 2025 in Melbourne from 29th November - 3rd December. Transport, accommodation and most meals are included and we are able to support students who would like to attend.
