District Basketball

On Friday the 26th of July, 21 grade 5 and 6 students headed down to Boardman Stadium in Sunbury to compete in the District Basketball. 

All three teams should be incredibly proud of the sportsmanship they showed and the fun they had, even if they hadn’t played basketball before! A highlight of the day was both girls’ teams facing off against each other, with the Grade 6 team winning to end up in 2nd place for the B Girls Division. 

A big thank you to Mr O for running the whole interschool event, and to Mick and Steve for excellent coaching. Thank you to all parents who came to cheer on our teams.
