Statements

Statements are emailed in the first week of each term or on request. 

A reminder Payment is expected in full by November 30th if you have not entered into a payment plan. 

While it is an expectation that the balance of your account is repaid by the end of each school year, our Payment Plans have the provision for regular instalments to continue throughout the Christmas school holidays.

The following payment methods are available:

DIRECT DEBIT (Thursdays Weekly, Thursdays Fortnightly on 25th Monthly. Please contact the office if you required a Direct Debit form.

EFT - Sacred Heart Primary Yarrawonga bank account details for EFT payments are listed on the bottom of your statement. Please note your account code and surname as the description.

CENTREPAY - please contact the office to assist in setting up a Centrepay arrangement via Centrelink.

EFT/POS - we are please to offer parents the flexibility of EFT/POS at the school office, with lump sum payments accepted at any time.

We encourage parents to use the features on their SimonEverywhere app. 

We are currently taking bookings for Parent Teacher Interviews (Learning Conversations) via SIMON. Term 2 School Reports are also available to download.
