Junior Primary Playground Redevelopment Update

We’re delighted to share that our JP playground project is progressing beautifully and remains right on schedule! Exciting developments continue each week, with pathways and concrete areas soon to be completed before the installation of the new soft fall surfaces.

You’ll also notice the beginning of earthworks along the oval edge, preparing the space for brand-new pieces of play equipment we know our students will love, including more swings!

Be sure to mark your calendars for the Official Playground Opening event on Wednesday 22nd October at 1.45pm. We’re looking forward to celebrating this exciting milestone with our community and welcoming a few special guests to share in the occasion.

Playground Supervision (During Redevelopment)

Before School (Edited for clarity)

Before 8.15am the MP playground is reserved exclusively for OSHC participants.

Families may access school grounds from 8:15am, with Stage 3 & 4 students using the MP playground and courts area, and Stage 1 & 2 students using the oval. Please refrain from arriving earlier unless your child is enrolled in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC). Students walking, riding, or arriving by public transport should plan to arrive no earlier than 8:15am, when staff are on duty.

After School

The Middle Primary Playground and Hard Play areas are reserved exclusively for OSHC participants. If you are supervising siblings of students in after-school sports activities, please ensure supervision takes place on the oval. Families are welcome to use this space with active adult supervision until 4:15pm (subject to change pending OSHC licensing and insurance requirements).

All children should wait at Kiss and Drop, where staff are on duty until 3:30pm.

We sincerely thank families for their patience and cooperation as these works progress, and we look forward to the official opening of these exciting new play spaces soon.

School and ELC Uniform Guidelines

While we no longer have a set 'summer' and 'winter' uniform as students are able to wear uniform items appropriate for the weather of the day and their needs, it is still a requirement that the specified compulsory and non-compulsory uniform requirements are followed.

Please refer to our school uniform guide and ensure your child/children are wearing the correct uniform (including jumpers, jackets, and footwear), their hair is styled so as not to draw unnecessary attention to the student, and items not permitted (like make-up, nail polish or stick-on nails, interactive smart watches etc) are not being worn.

Sibling Enrolments

If you have not yet submitted an enrolment application for siblings, please do so as soon as possible to ensure they secure a position. Our Foundation classes for 2027 and 2028 are filling fast!

Enrolment applications can be collected from the front office or downloaded from the school website and then returned to the front office or emailed to Amber our enrolment officer.

Parent Orbit App

Have you downloaded the Parent Orbit App yet? The Parent Orbit App is a go-to resource for all essential information for each student, and we strongly encourage families to download it if they haven't yet done so.

Please be aware that the URL previously shared to download the Parent Orbit app and pre-populate with our school code has now changed.
