2024 CSEF 

We are now accepting applications for 2024

Camps, Sports & Excursions Fund (CSEF)

Eligible families will receive $250 per student, paid into their family account at Ballarat High School commencing from March 2024. These funds can then be allocated to school charges, according to the policy and parent preferences.

Parents/students holding a means-tested concession card valid on Tuesday 30th January 2024 or Monday 15th April 2024 may be eligible. Foster parents, Veterans Affairs Gold Card holders and students with a Youth Allowance card, may also be eligible.

Please note:  Payments do not cease at age 16, but continue whilst the student is attending secondary school i.e. Years 7-12.

The BHS CSEF Application Form 2024 and BHS CSEF Parent Request Form 2024 are now available at the General Office and School website:

Completed forms, with a copy of your Centrelink Card, should be submitted to the General Office in person or via email. Please submit a new application each school year, to ensure details are current.
