STUDENT ACTIVITIES

House Cross Country

Congratulations to all students who were successful in making it to the District Cross Country! It turned out to be a wonderful day, despite the arrival of some rain towards the end. All students should be proud of their efforts and training leading up to the day.

Big thanks to our wonderful staff for ensuring the event ran smooth. An extra special thank you goes to Peter Blackall for his impeccable organisation. There is plenty of behind the scenes tasks that need to happen for these events and we appreciate all you do.

Thank you to our parents who volunteered, these events are only possible with the support of our helpful community. Please enjoy some of the great snaps from the day...

District Cross Country

Congratulations to all of the students that made it to divisions and these are the people below; Lenny Closter, Landon Nash, Angus Jeremiah, Jacks Costin, Olive Haebich, Sarah Chomley, Max Grouse, Zach Rudd, Gracie Costin, Zara O'Brien and Zara Thompson. A huge thank you to Steven Ginoski, Ms Wieland and Mr Cole for helping at District Cross Country. And it couldn’t of happened without them.

ANZAC Biscuits...

Today the Grade 3s followed a recipe to make ANZAC biscuits. We then wrote the recipe and added some sequencing signal words which we have been learning about in class.

Some signal words are: before, after, next, finally. The ANZAC biscuits were so yummy!

We are so lucky to have had some wonderful parent helpers to make this possible. And big thanks to Miss Eddy for a successful baking session!
