2024

Carlsruhe Country Fair

23.11.2024, 10am-4pm

As we progress with the countdown to our spectacular biannual fair, we're reaching out to our school community for support in various exciting ways.

In the lead-up to the fair, we'll be sharing numerous opportunities for you and your family to contribute to making this event a fun and successful day for everyone!

Volunteering:

We are always on the lookout for new faces to join our team! Becoming a member of the Fair Committee offers a unique chance to play a pivotal role in enriching our school community. Whether you have experience in event planning or simply enjoy helping out, we have a spot for you.

No matter if you can spare just a few hours each week or wish to take on a leadership role, we welcome volunteers from all backgrounds and levels of experience. Together, we can create an unforgettable fair that brings joy and excitement to everyone.

Sponsorships:

Do you, or someone you know, own a small business and are interested in sponsoring a stall or making a financial donation to the fair? We have various sponsorship options available to fit any budget. It’s a fantastic way to support our school while also gaining exposure for your business!  Please reach out for more details if you're interested.

Silent Auction Donations:

Our Silent Auction is one of the most successful aspects of our fair, thanks to the generous contributions from our wonderful Woodend school families and the broader community. If you own a business, create items at home, or provide a service that could be featured in our Silent Auction, we would love to hear from you. Donations can range from cheese platters and bottles of wine to accommodation vouchers and machinery services.

Every contribution is greatly appreciated and helps us raise essential funds for our school.

Garden Stall:

Looking for a fun activity with the kids during the school holidays?  Start planting seeds and potting up your cuttings for the Carlsruhe Fair Garden stall. Edible plants like tomatoes, cucumbers, and berries, as well as flowering plants such as fuchsias and hellebores, are always popular.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Eliza at 0421 505 504.

Thank you for any assistance you can provide as we gear up for the big day!
