Mother's Day Morning Tea -Thank you!

Many thanks to the families who donated to our BCNA fundraiser at the Mother’s Day Morning Tea. Yesterday we received the Thankyou certificate.

School disco

We celebrated another fabulous WPS disco on Friday the 14th of June.

This year, the decision was made to make it a winter event, which made it feel very grown up. As the sun went down and the disco lights (courtesy of Graham Glasson) lit up the D-floor, it was time to boogie!

We had two sessions of approx. 160 children. Both groups mixed really well, making lifelong memories with friends. 

The junior groups were all over the conga lines, "Baby Shark" actions, and nailed the beat to "We Will Rock You."

The senior group danced the "Nutbush", "Macarena" and I'm sure the surrounding towns could have heard the singing of "Shake it off." 

DJ Milky-T did a phenomenal job of getting through most of the requests, with an upbeat/high energy and diverse set of tunes. 

These events do not happen without the huge efforts provided by the PFA and volunteers.

Special thanks to Jen and all the crew that gave the children of WPS such an amazing experience.
