Year 5/6 Expo.
How Society Changed Throughout the 20th Century’
Le jeudi 20 juin nous avons eu la chance de présenter un exposé sur les années 1 900 à 2 000.
Nous étions dans des groupes de 4 à 7. Nous avons dû choisir notre époque et le ou les sujets que nous allions présenter.
Nous nous sommes habillés à la mode des années choisies. Nous avons préparé nos exposés en classe. Jeudi, notre expo a été installée dans le SLC. il y avait des jeux,des affiches et des récompenses. On a beaucoup aimé faire ce projet. 😉

On Thursday June the 20th, the grade 5 and 6 students did an expo that was filled with beautiful posters, interactive games, songs, dances, and so much more. He students put in a lot of effort and team work to present their work for this expo.
We had to dress up with the clothes from the decade that we chose for this Inquiry Unit. We could choose a period during the 20th century, from 1900 - 1999. We did this because our inquiry unit this term was ‘How Society Changed Throughout the 20th Century’.
We had an amazing time and we learnt so much about daily life in the past and how it compares and differs to our lives today.
I hope we get to do something similar in the future! NONE of this could have happened without the teachers. On behalf of all the 5/6 students, we thank all the teachers for helping us to learn History in such a fun way!
