Girls Soccer Gala Day

On Tuesday June 25th, WHPS had a girls soccer team involved in the first ever Monash Heights Girls Soccer Gala Day.

The other schools involved this year were; Mount Waverley, Essex Heights, Jells Park and Burwood East.

Our team of 13 year 6 students played seven games of soccer throughout the day, winning 3, losing 3 with 1 draw. Final ladder had us ranked equal 3rd on points, or 5th by percentage.

The weather was kind, sunny and not too cold, the girls played really well, and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.
