Happy Holidays

I hope all our students and their families have a safe and happy holidays. We have had a very busy and successful Term 2 of learning and other extra curricular opportunities. 

A big thank you to our teachers and staff for all their hard work over this term.

Well done to our amazing students for an outstanding first semester, I look forward to this continuing after the school holidays. 

We look forward to seeing all our students back for Term 3 on Monday 15th July.

Works Over the Holidays 

These holidays we are looking forward to the small portable by the gym being renovated with new carpet, blinds, storage cupboards, paint and a concrete path out the front. This space is used by the OSHC program as well as being the second performing arts classroom. 

Art Show - Save the Date

Preparations are well underway for the WHPS Art Show which will be held on Thursday 12th September (second last week of Term 3). 

For those families who have not seen the art show before, the gym is turned into a wonderful art gallery for an afternoon and evening with over 100 pieces of student art work on display. A unique art canvas that each class has created are auctioned off, there are a number of other fundraising activities such as raffles and we also run an art competition of student work. 

This has been a great community event in the past and we look forward to your support again for the show this year.

Parents Association Olympics Event
