Parent teacher conferences

Parent Teacher conferences are a time for parents and teachers to meet face to face and discuss their child. 

When: Tuesday 6 August between 1:30pm and 6:40pm.

Format: The conferences will be conducted via video conferencing platform, Microsoft Teams and will be 10 minutes in duration. If you require a face to face interview please contact your child’s teacher directly.

The focus for the interview is for parents and teachers to discuss any information from your child’s report. It is also an opportunity to check in about your child’s social and emotional wellbeing in the classroom and the playground.

Areas for discussion:

• Questions regarding your child’s report.
• Areas of progression and goals for Semester Two.
• Social/Emotional progress in the classroom and playground. 
• Parent goal for your child in the second half of the year.
• Any areas of concern?

Booking your Parent Teacher Conference

Details about the booking process and the conferencing platform (Microsoft Teams), will be sent out via Compass in the coming days. 

• Bookings will open Tuesday 16th July at 4pm and will close Tuesday 23rd July at 10am. 

If your child has an SSG, you do not need to book in a parent teacher interview.
