Diocesean Swimming
Congratulations to all participants at the Dio Carnival in Dubbo on the 6th March. A special mention must go to Aliza Cook, Elsie Vial, Archie Eades and Lulu Eades for gaining selection in the Dio team to swimming at the Polding Trials on the 3rd April. The school would also like to thank Mrs Rowena Livingstone for accompanying the team to Dubbo.
Diocesean Winter Sports
In Week 6 we had a number of students travel off to Bathurst to trial for many different Diocesean Sports. Congratulatipn to all on great efforts. Special mention must go to the following students who gained selection and will now travel to Tamworth to compete in Polding trials on the 3rd May.

Athletic Field Events
During Week 8 and Week 9 (Wednesday and Thursday) field events will be taking place at school for our athletics carnival. These field events will determine our place getters for our carnival.
Cross Country
Cross Country this year will be at Coolah on the 7th May 2024. The school trials will take place at school on Friday 5th April. If your child is wanting to participate, please encourage them to practice running the distance. To nominate children must be able to run the distance confidently and without stopping
These trials will be run by Mrs Rowena Livingstone on school grounds during the day. The age divisions and distance for the event is below:
Primary Students
Boys/Girls - 8/ 9 Year Olds: 2km
Boys/Girls - 10-Year-olds: 2km
Boys/Girls - 11-Year-olds: 3km
Boys/Girls - 12/13-Year-olds: 3km
