Dismissal Procedure:
Many students in Year 6 walk, scoot, bike or take public transport independently to get home from school at the end of the day. We have reminded students at school that students who leave school independently must leave the school and cannot stay to play in the forecourt. The reason for this is to ensure our Duty of Care is met for all students and that no one is playing at school unsupervised. We have seen a big improvement in following this procedure in the last week. Well done Year 6! We would appreciate your support in reminding your child that if they leave school independently, they must leave the school and cannot stay to play in the forecourt.
