Kinder Dates and Notifications:

Sat 18th May 9.00-11.30 am- School and Kindergarten Open Day- feel free to come along.

Wednesday 22nd May- Our Kinder Assessment and Ratings visit will occur. 

Three-Year-Olds

We have begun to tune into the changing season by using music and dramatic play during our group time experiences to become Autumn leaves. A new programming cycle has sparked curiosity, exploration and some great imaginary play with new and familiar resources. We are loving the newly constructed leaf pit and look forward to exploring this more. 

Four-Year-Olds

Our four-year-old groups have loved the outdoor leaf experiences. We have had so much fun throwing the leaves, jumping and spinning in the leaf pit. With so many children engaging here each day, we are always in need of a top up. If you have a lot of leaves around your house, would you mind filling a large garbage bag and bringing this into kinder please. :) 

In our Budja group, the children have been learning a Torres Strait Islander lullaby ‘Inanay’ during group time, embracing cultural exploration.

Meanwhile, our Marram group has been focusing on hygiene practices and safety awareness, learning about the importance of making safe and healthy choices in our everyday activities. Our Gawarn group has showcased some great focused and cooperative play through block building, construction and creative medium.
