Inquiry Centre

Highlight

Selamat Siang Inquiry Centre Families. This week we have been continuing our work on persuasive writing. Students have written a persuasive piece about what pet they think their class should have. There have been some wonderfully creative ideas such as snow leopards, sharks, kangaroos and unicorns.

In Maths students have been learning all about subtraction. We have been using lots of classroom materials to make equations and model what it looks like when we "take away." Students have also been making connections to addition and how we can use our prior knowledge to help us with new equations.

We hope you have had a great week,

Emma, Suzie, Miss Shaye, Amanda, Miss Emmett, Kate and Mrs Seadon.
