This year's annual convention and GEM Awards in New Plymouth embraced a Monopoly theme. Throughout the event, agents negotiated swaps of Monopoly cards to achieve a matching set for a chance to win prizes. First up was the welcome dinner BBQ with Shaun Preston setting the mood with his musical talents on the piano, getting everyone up on the dance floor.

"In the heat of the moment, I felt in my heart that I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for you. I was more than honoured to perform a haka to express my respect and appreciation for all the deep and meaningful lessons you have taught me. The knowledge and advice you have given me has shaped my approach to real estate and beyond. You opened my mind to the wider world. Your legacy will continue to inspire us long after you've left the office. May this new chapter be filled with joy, relaxation and all the reward you very much deserve"
Andrea Fenton, FN United (Rotorua)
