Want to support your teenager experiencing low mood or anxiety, though aren’t sure where to start?  Monash University’s “Partners in Parenting (PiP)” is a FREE, evidence-based online program designed to upskill parents and carers with practical tools to feel more confident with parenting and supporting youth mental health.  Whether things are just starting to feel challenging or you’re already concerned, PiP offers guidance you can use straight away.

The Partners in Parenting (PiP) program is designed to be flexible and self-paced.  Most parents complete the core content over several weeks, spending around 20–30 minutes per module, with the full program typically taking about 3–6 hours in total depending on how in‑depth you go.

You can:

  • Work through it at your own pace
  • Log in anytime from home
  • Focus on the areas most relevant to your family

This makes it easy to fit into busy schedules while still gaining practical, useful strategies you can start using straight away.

Through easy-to-follow modules, you’ll learn how to:
