Message from the Principal

Dear Parents and Carers,

Congratulations to staff members, Isabella Rasche, Emily Maunder and Anna Fraser who have recently been accredited as proficient teachers. The ladies have undertaken quite a stringent process to achieve their accreditation, which is very well deserved. Well done.

Class teachers have commenced writing Semester Two Reports. The reports will be issued on Friday December 13 and will report on the teaching and learning that has occurred during Terms 3 and 4. There will be an opportunity to discuss your child's report with teachers during Week 10 before the commencement of the Christmas holidays if you wish. Simply contact the office to make an appointment.

Our annual presentation night will be held on Monday evening December 16 at Manilla Central Hall. The presentation night will commence at 6.00 p.m. We look forward to celebrating every child's success for the 2024 school year. Staffing for 2025 is still being finalised. Please ensure that you let the Office know, if your child will not be attending St Michael's in 2025.

School Uniform is an important part of what we do at St Michael's. Please ensure that your child is wearing the correct uniform, including shoes and socks. There has been an increase in wrong colour socks and shoes and wearing of random caps. All children spoken to have the correct items. Your assistance in this matter is appreciated. If you have an issue with the uniform, please let me know.
