Attendance, Student of the Week, Specialist, School Values Awards
The below students will receive their awards during next week's assembly.
Assembly will be held in the amphitheatre (weather permitting) or the BER gymnasium.
Attendance at school is pivotal to creating ongoing positive learning behaviours. Engaging in school every day provides the very best opportunity for a child's holistic development - social, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional growth. The graph below represents all student absences.

Tahoora - Success Squad - 3P14
For always demonstrating curiosity, an inquisitive mind and a love of learning something new. During Kitchen Garden sessions Tahoora you are a natural leader. You listen intently to all instructions, ask well thought out questions and are always the first to volunteer to ‘join in’ and work on your developing gardening and cooking skills. All other students greatly enjoy working with you. You should feel very proud of yourself Tahoora!
Jasmine - United Warriors - 4B13
For being a superstar during Kitchen Garden sessions. Jasmine you confidently draw links from your growing knowledge of characteristics of food and the groups they belong in. You ask questions if unsure of what to do and are always willing to learn a new gardening or cooking skill. Jasmine, you comfortably work with others and are developing into a very creative “Scientist in the Kitchen,” your knowledge of how to set up and sequence a kitchen task is most impressive. Keep up the great effort as these skills are all useful in life!
