On a scale of 1-10, how has our school  been  learning this week? 

Prep AK- 8 we are learning about the story of Jesus

Prep SV- 8 technology- learning how to type a recount about our fun camp at school

1/2 MB- 8 writing, having a sizzling start for our narratives

1/2 DG - 8 math,  learning about mass, how much things weigh, using scales to weigh different things

1/2 AS- 8 writing interesting recounts 

3/4 TR - 8 persuasive writing and  PE- dodgeball

3/4 SK - 8 Inquiry, stop motion projects

3/4 VA- 8 RE, we have been learning about human dignity

5/6 BOC-8  we are preparing for student-led conversations as Ms OÇonnor is getting married!

5/6 FA - 8  Class novel War Horse presentation for assembly

 

On a scale of 1-10, how has our school  been  working together this week?

Prep AK- 8 when we do good math group work

Prep SV - 7 sharing the chrome books and listening to Ms Shari 

1/2 MB- 8 we are all quiet during learning time and are happy to have Ms Rebecca

1/2 DG- 8 some people need a little reminder from Mr Gahan

1/2 AS- 9 everyone is helping each other

3/4 TR - 8 some disagreements between people on the yard

3/4 SK - 7 we should not be sitting with our  friends and not listening to the instructions

3/4 VA -  9 listening and working together in teams to make our group posters

5/6 BOC- 7 some students not being their best self- need reminders about expectations

5/6 FA- 8 Inquiry projects for Bazaar Bazaar 

 

Learning and events at Trinity this week:

  •  2025 Prep Orientation last session  on Wednesday morning
  •  SRC PJ Fun  Day - and SPLASH the student leaders at lunch- Zooper Doopers on sale at snack $1   All money will be donated to The Smith Family
  • Swimming starts next week on MONDAY 25th  for P-2 students

Unacceptable language is not ok

Please tell a teacher/ leader on the yard.

Remind the  students who are not playing appropriately to follow our playground expectations and then tell a teacher to follow up.

Safety issues from the SRC

  • Do not play gymnastics on the old arched bike racks outside the year 3/4
  • Please wear your school hats - play in the shade of the quiet area
