Next week is the Canteen Fun Day, happening on Wednesday, 27 November! Please note that orders will close at midnight on Sunday, 24 November. To ensure your child doesn't miss out on the special recess and lunch we have planned, we encourage you to place your orders early.

Important Information:

Fun Day is a busy day for orders. If you have special requirements for your order, please send an email to canteen@chatswoodpublicpandc.org.au for follow-up. Since most of the preparation is done by volunteers, we ask for your understanding if some special requests are missed.

The frozen yoghurt flavours are watermelon and mango, please be mindful if your child is allergic to certain ingredients. 

There is a no-refund policy on Fun Day, but you can pick up your food and drinks from the canteen at a time that works for you. If you email us, we will set your order aside for you. If we don’t hear from you, we will keep the milk and frozen yoghurt for your child to pick up later, but we will have to discard any other items to follow Health and Safety guidelines.

Volunteering for Canteen Fun Day (26-27 November)

Thank you to our regular volunteers who have signed up for these days! We are still in need of 2 volunteers to assist at the BBQ station. It’s perfectly fine if you can’t stay for the entire session; just note your availability on the volunteer sheets below. Thank you, and we can’t wait to see everyone!

P.S. Don’t forget to remind your children to look for you while you’re volunteering. They will be so happy to see you!
