On Tuesday 26 November, Chatswood Public School will be holding a Transition to High School Seminar from 5:00pm – 6:15pm. Registration for the event is required in order to organise the evening effectively.

Opportunity Class Orientation

This week, on Wednesday, we had the pleasure of hosting an orientation for families of students who have been accepted into the Year 5 Opportunity Class for 2025. It was a wonderful opportunity for both the students and their families to get a glimpse of what to expect in this enriching program.

The event featured an engaging expo organised by our current Solar students. They showcased a variety of exciting learning activities and projects that highlight the unique curriculum and opportunities available in the Opportunity Class. The expo included interactive displays, presentations, and hands-on activities that allowed prospective students and their families to experience the vibrant learning environment first-hand.

Families had the chance to meet teachers, ask questions, and learn more about the specific programs and support available to help their children thrive. It was a fantastic way to foster a sense of community and enthusiasm among the new students and their families as they prepare for this exciting transition.

We look forward to welcoming these students into the 2025 Opportunity Class and are excited to see the wonderful things they will accomplish in the coming years!
