Glen Education Centre Road Kindergarten Achieves EXCEEDING Rating.​

We are thrilled to announce that Glen Education Centre Road Kindergarten has achieved an EXCEEDING result in its recent assessment. This accomplishment reflects the dedication, hard work, and collaborative efforts of our educators, leaders, children, and families. 

Together, we have created an enriching, inclusive environment that fosters a love for learning.​

The assessment highlighted several areas of excellence, including:​

Intentional Practice: Educators consistently reflected on their teaching approaches, integrating children’s ideas and cultural diversity into the program. This included a strong focus on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures, and knowledge, aligned with the service’s philosophy.​

Leadership: The educational leader, alongside the leadership team, prioritised high-quality professional development and set high expectations for teaching and learning. Ongoing collaboration and the use of evidence-based practices ensured best practices were embedded in the program.​

Relationships with Families: Educators engaged with families in meaningful ways, respecting their backgrounds and ensuring inclusion. Through surveys and feedback, the service deepened connections with families, enhancing relationships and informing their practices.​
