These girls put an amazing effort into the tournament and successfully made it through to the state championships which will be held on Tuesday the 5th of December.

In the first match Auburn South beat Brunswick north.

As well as the second Auburn South got the job done and beat Bentleigh West.

In a nail biting fight with Hughesdale, Auburn South managed to keep the score even ending in a draw.

Sadly in the fourth game Auburn South had a big loss against Sacred Hearts.

As well as losing the fifth game against St Columbia’s.

With back to back wins in the sixth and seventh games against Brunswick North and Lloyd Street thhis put Auburn South into second place overall meaning that Auburn South would play third place in the grand final giving us an advantage.

In a tough fight with a minute left of the grand final Mikayla got one interception after another to confirm our spot in the State Hoop Time Tournament.

All these girls have wonderful talent and will have A great time at state Hoop Time, well done ASPS!
