Watt and his new found friends Dusty Dragon and wayward Princess Alice set off on the biggest quest of their lives. But can our unlikely heroes rescue the princesses, save Excalibur and defeat the evil Black Knight? PRODUCTION UPDATE...

Week 1 of Term 4 and Production preparations are well and truly underway! 

The Principals have reported hearing singing up and down the school corridors, with students up and practicing their songs and dances in classrooms. Both the Grade 5 and Grade 6 casts have each had their first full run throughs of the play - and we're not going to lie, it's looking fabulous! Plus the cast themselves have been looking stunning in their costume fittings so far. 

A huge WELL DONE must be given to our cast who have been working hard throughout the past few months to learn their lines off by heart. We were so impressed by the dedication and talent they displayed when they got up on our mock stage in the stadium this week. They were able to remember not only their lines, but also when to speak and are already adding in unique gestures and expression to suit their characters. 

IMPORTANT DATES

Here are some important dates to be aware of for the next few weeks. Further information will be coming home next week regarding specific requirements for these dates... 

• Wednesday 18th October - Costume Check in classrooms by teachers Years 3 to 6
• Monday 30th October - Dress Rehearsal at school Years 3 to 6
• Tuesday 31st October - Technical Rehearsal at Crossway Centre Year 5 and 6 excursion during school hours
• Tuesday 31st October - Year 3 and 5 Performance Night 7pm Crossway Centre
• Wednesday 1st November - Year 4 and 6 Performance Night 7pm Crossway Centre
