Secondhand Uniform
Our Term 4 donation drop off day was held today, Friday 13 October. We are grateful for all donations of school uniform you no longer require for the PFC to sell as a fundraiser for the school received today.
The Term 4 Secondhand Uniform Stall will be held next Friday, 20 October(note date change; not 27 October as previously advertised) from 3pm to 3.45pm at the Stadium.
Do you need a few extra items? Come and see the great items being offered at very reasonable prices:

Payment via EFTPOS only. All proceeds are fundraising for our school.
Stall Volunteers - we need two more helpers to assist on the Stall. If you have a current Working with Children Check and can assist next Friday 20 from 2.15pm to 3.45pm, please contact Niki (email and phone number in your My News on Compass).
Donations - Any items that you no longer require, but are in good condition, clean and have the current EHPS logo, would be gratefully received. If you weren't able to drop off your uniform donations today, they will be accepted at the Stall.

Secondhand Uniform Coordinators
PFC Meeting
At a productive PFC meeting on Wednesday our primary focus was on Carnival preparations.
The next PFC meeting will be held on Wednesday 15 November at 7.30pm in the Staff Room at school. All members of the EHPS community are welcome to attend.
Art Exhibition volunteers
Assistance from Years 4 to 6 parents to hand out food at the opening night of the Art Exhibition on Tuesday 5 December from 6pm to 7.30pm is required. A sign up will be created soon and will be shared by Years 4 to 6 Class Parent Reps. Alternatively, if you are interested in helping, please reach out to a PFC member.
Mother’s Day Stall
Initial planning is already underway for next year’s Mother’s Day Stall and the PFC is looking for volunteers to help run this stall. We need to look to order stock for the stall early in the new year/over school holidays. If you are interested, please reach out to Kelly Lukies on 0418 326 473 or kelly.lukies@bigpond.com.
Ritchies IGA Loyalty Program
EHPS received $21.25 from the Ritchies Community Benefit Program (RCBP) in September. Our school is part of the Ritchies Community Benefit Program (RCBP). If you shop at a Ritchies IGA (the local store is in Mount Waverley) and are a member of their loyalty program, please support EHPS by choosing our school as your nominated beneficiary. Each month we receive 0.5% of purchases made by customers who have selected our school each month. Please encourage family and friends who also shop at IGA to support EHPS.
