It is hard to believe that we are already halfway through Term 4!
A reminder please to support us in ensuring that your child is adhering to the college's dress code. This means wearing a College hat when in uncovered spaces and donning the appropriate uniforms on designated days. By doing so, students not only demonstrate their commitment to our college's identity but also help in creating a sense of unity and pride within the community. Any families that require support in this area can reach out to our College Pastoral leaders for confidential assistance.
At our college, we strive to instill values that go beyond academics. The "Marian Way" encourages students to be respectful and kind in their everyday interactions. With over 700 people on-site each day, it's paramount that we all make a conscious effort to use respectful dialogue, be mindful of others' feelings, and act with kindness in our words and actions. This not only fosters a positive environment but also enriches your personal growth and relationships.
I would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to our Year 12 students for successfully completing their HSC examinations. I look forward to celebrating their achievements during the Graduation evening, which is just around the corner. This event marks a significant milestone in their educational journey, and we are proud to be part of their success.
As the academic year unfolds, we have several exciting events lined up. Our Year 12 students will embark on an Encounter excursion to Murrumbateman, creating opportunities for personal growth and memorable experiences. Additionally, our Year 10 year group is gearing up for an excursion to Womberoo, offering unique learning opportunities and fostering camaraderie.
The upcoming weeks are filled with promise and opportunities for growth, both academically and personally. I encourage all students to embrace these experiences and make the most of their time at our college.
