P&C

Last week was the final P&C Meeting for 2023. I just want to take this opportunity to thank the P&C and their executive for maintaining their dedication to our school through their fundraising activities. Our students benefit from all their hard work. We look forward to working with the P&C again in 2024.

Reports

Your child’s Student Progress Report, Semester 2 is being finalised and will be sent home on Wednesday 13 December. This report will contain information about the progress your child has made against syllabus outcomes for each Key Learning Area this semester.  The comments made are extremely important and give you much information about what your child can do as well as areas for further improvement. Should you have any questions, please contact the class teacher for clarification.

End Of Year Activities in Week 9 and 10

In Week 9, there will be:

• Talent Quest on Wednesday 6 December.
• Fun Day on Friday 8 December at 12 until 1.50pm. Parents, carers and siblings under 5 are welcome to attend.

In Week 10, the annual presentation days will be held under the COLA:

• Monday 11 December - Year 6 Graduation at 9.30am with Aquatopia Presentation at 10.30am. The Year 6 Farewell Dinner will be held that evening at St Johns Park Bowling Club.
• Tuesday 12 December - Early Stage 1 at 9.30am and Stage 1(Year 1 and Year 2) at 10.30am. 
• Thursday 14 December - Stage 3 (Year 5 and Year 6) at 9.30am and Stage 2 (Year 3 and Year 4) at 12.45pm.

The final day of school for students is Friday, 15th  December, 2023.
