Mandarin

In Mandarin class, Year 3 and 4 students created a poster or a zine to introduce their favourite animals in Mandarin.

Physical Education

This week in PE, Year 5 and 6 students participated in a ‘1 on 1 Bowling Tournament.’ Students played 3 minute games against each other and tried to score as many points as possible by knocking down the bowling pin. Students chose where to stand and bowl. Cone 1 positioned closest to the bowling pin was worth 1 point, cone 2 = 2 points, cone 3 = 3 points and cone 4 positioned furthest from the bowling pin was worth 4 points. At the end of each round, students received a raffle ticket if they won. The more raffle tickets you received the more chance you had to win from the prize box. A raffle was drawn at the end of the class. Students had lots of fun competing and showed excellent sportspersonship.
