Urgent - Coordinators Needed

Join the Crew!

Thanks to everyone who has already signed up for coordinator positions - we couldn't do it without you! The ART FOR ALL committee is still looking to fill the roles below.

There is absolutely no experience necessary, but it’s a great opportunity to use your creativity and organisational skills to help make the event a great success. Or, team up with a friend to share the load and have more fun!

If you're unable to volunteer in advance but you’re happy to help out at the event, we will release those jobs later via Signup Genius.

Shop Inventory Coordinator (1 person)

  • Work alongside the Shop Manager and ART FOR ALL Treasurer to add the shop's stock to the point of sales system.
  • You'll have great attention to detail (inventory quantities and item descriptions) and will need to be available Thursday 5 September (late arvo/evening) to oversee receiving the incoming stock, and Sunday 8 September (arvo/early evening) for stocktake.

Community Art Project Coordinator (1 - 2 people)

  • A fun activity that makes ART FOR ALL so unique. Come up with a public art concept/activity that anyone from the community – kids and parents alike – can participate in.
  • The Community Art Project has a dedicated budget, and you’ll coordinate a team of volunteers to help execute it. You’re a creative ideas person and enjoy working with others to achieve something fun and fantastic.
  • To get to know the event and all the moving parts, there are some 30-minute meetings during evenings to attend.

Sunday Food Coordinator (1 person)

  • Manage barbeques, food stocks and external food suppliers/food trucks. Most of the work is in the weeks prior to the event and then on the Sunday.
  • To get to know the event and all the moving parts, there are some 30-minute meetings during evenings to attend.

ArtZone Coordinators (2-3 people)

  • We have one coordinator, but we need at least two more. ArtZone runs on Sunday and is always a great success – the kids love it.
  • Come up with workshop ideas for primary school ages, design a timetable and set up volunteers with art supplies.
  • This year we are looking to simplify ArtZone and engage with more volunteers. To get to know the event and all the moving parts, there are some 30-minute meetings during evenings to attend.

Saturday/Sunday Café (2 people)

  • Alongside the Gallery is a café that is open during the day of Saturday and Sunday for four hours. Serve tea and coffee, cakes, and pastries.
  • You’ll manage the café with signed-up volunteers.
  • To get to know the event and all the moving parts there are some 30-minute meetings during evenings to attend.
