Rocket Launching

On Tuesday the 18th June, the Year 4 classes visited Darling Gardens to launch the bottle rockets that they had designed attachments using 3D printing software: Makers Empire.

The rockets launched represented a range of different approaches to the nosecone and fin designs across the classes. A lot of fun was had testing the different rockets and evaluating what contributed to a successful launch.

This brings our term of modelling and engineering to an end.
