Lost Property Process

Help Us with Lost Property!

Every week staff and volunteers spend hours sorting out the lost property.

Anything unnamed is dated with a sharpie on a bit of masking tape and if it's not picked up in three weeks, it is donated to an op shop and any unnamed uniforms are sold in the second hand uniform shop. Anything named gets delivered back to the classrooms and back to your child. 

I am the first to admit that I have been terrible at naming my own children's clothes. It has always just seemed to be the job that would break the camel's back (me being the camel!)  However, now that I have seen what happens behind the scenes at a school and I know what a huge job it is, I have gone out and bought some labels! 

So, in the interest of saving the school staff and the volunteers time and in the interest of saving you money, please label your children's clothes as soon as you can. We would really appreciate it!
