PARENTS & FRIENDS MEETING

Our first Parents and Friends meeting of the year is on Thursday 26th February at 6pm. We warmly invite all parents to join us. The St Aidan's executive team will share updates on recent school developments and the vision for the year ahead. This meeting is a great chance to hear what is happening across the school and to be part of the conversation. 

At this meeting our Class Parent Coordinators will discuss fundraising initiatives for 2026 that will continue to help strengthen our community. We are seeking parents to nominate themselves as Class Parent Leaders for each class. We encourage every class to have two or more Class Parent Leaders who can help support families in their year group, build community and work together on fundraising activities. Our Class Parent Coordinators will be there to guide, support, and collaborate with you throughout the year. The Class Parent Leader role is designed to be enjoyable, social and shared. If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like to nominate yourself as a Class Parent Leader, please contact the school office.

ENROLMENTS OPEN FOR 2027

Enrolments are now open for Kindergarten 2027. You are welcome to submit applications for younger siblings or new enrolments.

SCHOOL COUNSELLOR NEWS

At the beginning of a new school year, your child may be experiencing some big emotions as they transition back into routines or into new ones, or life may be feeling overwhelming. 

Please find attached the information for an Online Seminar being offered through Catholic Care next Tuesday the 24th of February. This seminar is designed to help parents and caregivers to support their children when they experience big emotions.

2026 AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT STUDENT RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS AND OTHER INFORMATION COLLECTION 

The annual Australian Government Student Residential Address and Other Information Collection is required to be completed by Wednesday 11th March 2026.   

Parents are not required to do anything except ensure their details recorded with the school are up to date and correct. Please read this notice for further details regarding the 2026 collection.
