ELC Upcoming Events 

Welcome to our new children in ELC

We warmly welcome all our children and families to a new year at Emmaus Early Learning Centre. It has been a joy to see our classrooms come alive as we begin another exciting chapter of learning, growth, and discovery together.

Last week, we successfully completed the last orientation visit for all our classes. It was wonderful to welcome both children and parents as they explored their learning environments, met educators, and became familiar with daily rhythms and routines. These orientation sessions play an important role in helping children feel safe, confident, and ready for the year ahead, and we thank families for their enthusiastic participation and support.

In 2026, we are proud to be welcoming a vibrant community of learners. We will have 41 Preschool children and 57 Class 3 Community children joining us throughout each week.

Each child brings their own unique strengths, interests, and curiosity, and we look forward to nurturing these through engaging play-based learning experiences grounded in Christian values, respect, and a strong sense of belonging.

We are very excited to partner with families during these early stages of your child’s learning journey. At Emmaus, we value the strong relationships we build with families, knowing that children thrive when educators and parents work together. Open communication, collaboration, and shared celebrations of learning will be at the heart of our year.

As we look ahead, we anticipate a busy and rewarding year filled with learning milestones, friendships, creativity, and growth. Thank you for trusting us with your children and for being part of the Emmaus Early Learning Centre community. I look forward to a year of learning together and many wonderful moments along the way.
