COOKERY CAFE

As part of their Certificate II in Cookery studies, students are required to complete a unit titled 'Prepare and present sandwiches'. Rather than do just exactly that - prepare and present sandwiches- the class took it to the next level by taking orders from the NCTTC staff, which enabled them to purchase a  delicious gourmet sandwich (or two!). 

 

Staff were treated to a range of fantastic options including the classic Reuben, as well as pulled pork on brioche, which was very popular. The Cookery Cafe was a wonderful initiative, giving staff the opportunity to sit down, eat, and catch up- not something that often happens on a Thursday! Thanks to everyone involved.
