Early Entry Dates 

ACU Guarantee Just a reminder that the ACU Guarantee early offer program is still open for 2025. Students can secure an early conditional offer for their preferred course* by uploading their Year 11 results and submitting up to three personal statements. The program is free, and applications close at 11.59pm on Monday 15 September 2025.

VU early Entry

The Victoria University (VU) Early Entry program can offer you a conditional offer for a place at VU, which functions as a guaranteed offer if you meet the specified requirements by the end of Year 12. To be eligible, you must be a Year 11 or 12 student studying VCE, VCE Vocational Major, Unscored VCE, or the International Baccalaureate. The application deadline for 2025 is October 13, 2025.

Early Entry Program – We know your ATAR doesn't tell the full story of what you’re capable of as a uni student. That’s why our Early Entry program is the only one in Victoria with ATAR-free entry to all eligible courses. 

When you apply for a course in our Early Entry Program, your application is assessed using a recommendation from your school instead of your ATAR. Because you can't put a number on potential. 

Applications close Friday 28th November 2025

Latrobe Aspire Program – you can list 3 preferences for each Aspire Stream.

Aspire applications for all three streams close at 11:59 pm on Friday 5 September.

Federation University's Early Offer Program application deadline is 5:00 pm AEDT on December 1, 2025. You apply for this program through VTAC, and it is open to eligible current and recent Year 12 students who meet the program's specific prerequisites and a guaranteed ATAR.
