In the Maths extension group, the Grade 4's have been busy with an investigation called Score a Duck!

They are designing their own “fish-the-duck” stall for a fair. Along the way, they’re exploring probability (how likely it is to “score a duck”), collecting and analysing data, and using their measurement skills to design and calculate the perimeter of their duck ponds.

They’re also setting prices, calculating costs for prizes, and working out whether their stall would be profitable.
