Athletics

Athletics

On Saturday, 2 September, the college co-hosted the Athletics Invitational Carnival along with St Joseph's and St Augustine’s. Athletes, staff and spectators were met with beautiful clear skies, a brilliant and successful day for all involved in the various track and field events.

A huge thank you to our staff Mr Mark Casey, Mr Sean Brennan, Mr Ben Ryan, Mrs Sarah Panozzo, Mr Neil Gibson, Mr Martin Gillogly, Mr Patrick Rodgers, Mr Dennis Lee, Mr Mario Phaesie, along with Mrs Sally Richardson and our student volunteers, who gave up their personal time to assist with running Shot put, Discus and Javelin.

A special thanks also to Mr Matthew Stearn for his organisation, and our Athletics team, Mr Scott Steinman, Mr Matthew North, Mr Dominic Panozzo and Mr Chris Zilifian for all their support and assistance on this day. Without our helpers, the carnival would not have run so smoothly.
