Art Show  - Volunteers and Hamper Donations

Dear parents,

We require a roster for volunteers for the bbq on the night of the Art Show. A call out will be going out through the PnF Whattsapp groups.

We will need a team for set up at 4pm and there will be a rolling roster up until the 8pn finish.

We will be running raffes/silent auctions on the night. We will be needing donations for hampers and are seeking donations as follows:

Prep-Grade 2 families - Toys, games, arts and craft

Grade 3-4 families - Sporting goods, homewares, kitchen and garden

Grade 5-6 families - beer, wine and food

Please help out by contributing and drop off items at the school office by Monday 28th August.
