Stall Leaders are required from each year. The stalls will be filled with an army of volunteers from each year levels parents & families!
Books – Prep
Clothing - Grade 1/2
Trash & Treasure – Grade 3/4
Silent Auction 5/6 Parents
Leaders are NOT required to work on stall all day but to help organise the volunteers. We also still need Leaders for Coffee and Vietnamese Rolls.

Thank you for all your donations! Great effort this year everyone with a huge variety of flavours and sizes! Thank you teachers for having all the blocks ready to be collected it made it so much easier for the volunteers. As always thank you to everyone who helped collect & sort the chocolate!
The raffle continues to be a big part of our fete effort and provides much needed funds to the school and Parish. We have some great prizes again this year – Eastland Vouchers, Hot Air Balloon Ride, JB HiFi & Flowerpot Florist vouchers as well as a bar fridge donated by Swan Heating and Cooling (Holy Spirit parents)
Tickets are $2 each ($20 per book) again this year. If you can sell the tickets, great – if you can’t – no problems! All we ask is that all tickets sold, plus any unsold books, are returned promptly by Thursday 5th October. Purchase via the link https://www.trybooking.com/CKAIC
Saturday 2 September we will be accepting donations for the following Fete Stalls:
Trash n Treasure - Strictly NO Electrical NO Furniture NO Large Items
Books - NO Damaged covers NO Missing Pages NO Magazines
Clothes - NO Holes or Tears NO Broken Zips or Buttons NO Stains please
Please assist our volunteers by separating items by AGE and GENDER
RULE OF THUMB : If you would not give the item to your best friend in its current condition then please DO NOT bring it. Any items that are unsellable we have to pay for disposal which means less money for our School & Parish.
Items can be dropped into the Green Containers located along the rear fence of Parish House. Each stall is labelled so please drop in the correct area.
Please note all our wonderful Volunteers need to sort out and organize these donations prior to Fete Day and having these items sorted this way will help enormously.

The Fete Committee is made up of current and past school parents and members of the wider Holy Spirit Parish community. With many key members stepping down and retiring we are on the search for new members. This is a great year to dip your toe in and see what it is all about without the pressure of a specific role and to have fun!
